Aromatherapy for glowing skin

Recommended ratio = mix 2 drops of oil to every 4 fl oz (100 ml) of cleanser:

Recommended ratio = 2 drops aromatherapy oil to fl oz (100 ml) of toner. For example:
For normal skin
Mix lavender, rose to rosewater or orange flower water.
For oily skin
Mix lemon, ylang-ylang, lavender or juniper to witch hazel.
For acne/ pimples
Mix rose, ylang-ylang, chamomile to rosewater.
For sensitive skin
Mix chamomile, jasmine or rose to orange flower water.
- Apply the tonic with damp cotton wool.
- Wipe all over the face and neck areas gently.
