For healthy glowing skin you can choose from variety of exercises that you enjoy such as yoga, running, biking, spinning, palates etc. Regular stress is also helpful in reliving your stress. - Do not scrub your face harshly.
- Follow a downward scrubbing motion while cleansing your face.

- Sharpen your jaws line and slap on your face very lightly using backhand for at least 30 times.
- Upward stroking movement on your face helps relax your mind and body.
- Curl your lips in to your mouth and try to bowl air through your mouth without opening your mouth. This would help to stretch your muscles around the mouth and also help you to remove small lines. Count up to 5 while doing this exercise and relax, repeat this at least 10 times for better results.
- For lips – suck your figure as hard as possible and slowly remove it. Do this exercise for at least 10 times.
