- Open your mouth as wide as possible.
- Stick out your tongue and rotate it, first clockwise and then anti-clockwise.
- Perform this exercise 4 times daily.
Exercise to Reduce Chin and Neck Wrinkles
Here is another exercise for you that will help you to get
strong and toned chin and neck.
- First of all, list your face toward the ceiling.
- Now rotate your face until you can look over your right shoulder.
- Now, perform the same exercise for the left shoulder.
Exercise for Eyes
- Open your eyes as wide as possible.
- Now, try to lift your eyebrows and count up to 5.
- Relax!
- Perform it 10 and 20 times everyday to keep wrinkles around eyes at bay.
Remove Wrinkles from the Cheeks
- Fill your mouth with air, puffing your cheeks out as much as possible.
- Now, try to push the air out by using your fingers.
