Greasy skin or Oily skin is a common problem which is caused due to overactive sebaceous glands. Some common causes of greasy skin on face may include weather conditions, diet, hormonal fluctuations, skin care products, pregnancy etc. Greasy skin is more prone to various oily skin problems like acne, pimples, clogged pores etc. Do. While application, wipe your face using gentle circular motion. Using an astringent is a great way to prevent greasy skin on face. You can use an acetone based ingredient for this purpose or if you want you can also use natural astringent like rose water, lemon or cucumber.

Use of clay mask is another effective way to prevent greasy facial skin. You can use clay mud mask twice every week to keep your skin free from oils and greasiness. This mask helps get rid of oils and dead skin cells.

Make use of oil absorbing face wipes to remove excess oil from your face or simple use a tissue paper for this purpose.
